This ticket tax form is required to be completed by all UGAA staff who received complimentary football season tickets at any point during the 2024 season per IRS fringe benefit reporting requirements. Please complete it to the best of your knowledge. You will be asked to certify the accuracy of the information you have provided on the last screen before submitting.
The deadline to complete this form is Friday, February 14 at 5pm. Staff whose forms we have not received by this deadline will be reported as having used each of their allotted comp tickets for personal use. Your ticket taxable fringe amount will be communicated to you in the confirmation email you will receive after submitting this form and again in March via the “Fringe Benefit Notification” email. The confirmation email may go to your Junk folder. The total amount will be divided by three and reported/included in pay across the months of March, May, and July 2025 (split across three months to lessen the tax burden on any one paycheck).
